BUY-SELL | HELP WANTED | MATRIMONIAL

Over the last couple of days, Ravii Dubey and his upcoming con-man thriller Matsya Kaand has been the talk of the town. From posters to trailers, it’s everywhere!

After much deliberation, we finally got down to binge-watching the show and oh boy, we are glad we didn’t skip this one. Directed by Ajay Bhuyan, this MX Original Series is an entertaining watch right till the last episode.

Fast-Paced & Intriguing

Starring Ravii Dubey in the titular role, the show introduces us to Matsya Thada in prison, being interrogated by the police. There we first see his conman avatar. He joins forces with fellow inmate Anand Pandit (Played by Piyush Mishra) to con the cops and plan the perfect jailbreak.

In the first few episodes itself, Matsya changes into 3 almost unrecognizable disguises to charm his way into conning people. And not just policemen! He has fooled his way through nurses, money launders, politicians and just about anyone who can help him win the jackpot.

The fast-paced narration makes sure there is no lull in the episodes. Just like his looks, Matsya moves gears in speed to plan his next con!

A Wicked Team

Not one to work alone, Matsya has a team of geniuses and magicians to help him con his way through life. His tech genius partner Raju (played by Madhur Mittal) and magician Urvashi (played by Zoya Afroz) help him execute the biggest crimes and walk off scot-free.

A Worthy Chase

Ravi Kishan essays the role of a rowdy, rude and crass policeman to the T. He plays ACP Tejraj, who has his eyes set on seeing Matsya behind bars. His fearless cop persona is intriguing and captivating to watch.
