Vagh Baras 2020: A Devoted Day of Worshipping Cow

In Gujarat, this day is called ‘Vagh Baras’ and is the first day of the Diwali festivities. On Govatsa Dwadashi, ‘Sripada Vallabha Aradhana Utsav’ is performed at Pithapuram Datta Maha Samsthanam in the state of Andhra Pradesh while in Gujarat it is honoured as Vagh Baras.
