SUN VALLEY, CA- — A fire damaged a Public Storage facility in the Sun Valley area Friday, but no one was hurt.

Firefighters sent to the 7800 block of San Fernando Road — just north of Hollywood Burbank Airport — about 11:20 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story structure in 31 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Arriving firefighters found the flames spreading through more than 10 units of the facility, and forced their way into the involved units, the LAFD reported.
