Kolkata, May 31: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday congratulated city football giants Mohun Bagan who became the I-League champions."After 11 years the Football I-League trophy comes back to Bengal. Congratulations Mohun Bagan," Banerjee tweeted. Bagan drew 1-1 against reigning champions Bengaluru FC at the Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru to finish their I-League campaign on top of the table to clinch the title.
