Court tells impounded e-rickshaws owners to approach proper authority

New Delhi, Nov 29 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Friday asked the e-rickshaw association and owners to approach appropriate authority for releasing of their impounded e-rickshaws while refusing to entertain their plea.
