Impeach HC judge molesting subordinate, demand women activists

New Delhi, Aug 4 (IANS) Women activists, led by former additional solicitor general Indira Jaisingh, on Monday urged parliamentarians to impeach a Madhya Pradesh High Court judge who has been accused of having sexually harassed a woman additional district and sessions judge.The group also demanded that the victim's resignation should not be accepted and she be given a "meaningful assignment". Himachal CM launches e-Vidhan project

Shimla, Aug 4 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Monday launched a Rs.8.12 crore e-Vidhan project of the state legislative assembly.The monsoon session of the assembly, slated to begin Wednesday, will now go paperless. The session will have 16 sittings and will conclude on August 29.
