New Delhi, Jan 31 (IANS) An unidentified woman in her early 20s was found dead here Thursday morning with her face burnt, police said. It is suspected that she was raped before being murdered and defaced.
The woman's body was recovered from a vacant plot in west Delhi's Vijay Vihar at around 10 a.m. in half-naked condition.

Panaji, Jan 31: The Goa government plans to phase out plastic which is plaguing the state's beaches and adding to the garbage menace, Forest Minister Alina Saldanha said Thursday.

Monterrey (Mexico), Jan 31: Authorities in the northern Mexican state of Nuevo Leon have concluded the work of recovering and identifying a total of 17 bodies found in a well, officials said.
All of the victims were associated with the band Kombo Kolombia.
